The 26th Southeast Asian Games (SEAG)


The 26th Southeast Asian games was held in Palembang and Jakarta in Indonesia. The SEA Games is a biannual sports gathering of S.E. Asian countries. It also helps raise awareness and help promote and develop the skills and ability of athletes to compete for the Asian Games and the Olympics. The Philippines as usual was in the middle of the group ranking 5th (as rank lower than last year's 4th), but hey what do you expect in a country that  does not give importance to sports or a care of having a great even just a good sports program. The sports program in my opinion will help the country develop more athletes that are skillful and have better chances to win in competitions and give pride to our country. But, enough of that, let's go back to the SEAG. at the bottom is the final tally of medals won by all participating country:
